If your Rag & Bone watch has a defect covered by our 2-year limited warranty, we’ll replace it. If it isn’t covered, or the warranty has expired, we’ll reach out to you with other options.

Please have the following ready before you contact us. This helps us assist you as quickly as possible.

• Proof of purchase (from rag & bone or an authorized dealer)
• Watch style number
• Brief issue description
• Clear photos/details of the defect

Warranty Check

Every Rag & Bone watch includes a 2-year limited international warranty. We’ll confirm if your watch is within warranty and whether your issue is covered (manufacturing or workmanship defects). Just share all details and images. No need to send the watch in.

Issue Inspection

After reviewing your submission, our team will carefully check if:

A. The issue is covered by warranty

• If an issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement.
• If your style isn’t available, we’ll offer a comparable model or store credit.

B. The issue is not covered (e.g. expired warranty, battery, strap, water damage, misuse)

• Depending on the issue, we’ll help you find another solution.

Full Warranty Terms

Not only is each Rag & Bone Watch beautiful in design, but it is also crafted with quality materials and components to offer precise & reliable performance. We proudly stand behind each watch we sell.

Rag & Bone warrants to the original customer that for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, his/her watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that prevent the watch from functioning properly under normal use.

The limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse or water damage and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelet; does not cover costs, parts or labor, shipping & handling, defects or damage caused by any source other than Rag & Bone Watches.

Proof of purchase is required for all Warranty Returns. Returns/Exchanges should be directed to where the watch was purchased. If contact us for more information.

This warranty is void if the timepiece was not purchased from an Authorized Rag & Bone Watches Dealer, as evidenced by valid proof of purchase: a dated sales or gift receipt showing the name of the retailer and an identifying style number for the Rag & Bone Watch. This warranty is also void if the watch has been tampered with, taken apart by anyone other than our authorized service center.

Any other warranty provided by the retailer is entirely their responsibility. No person or company is authorized to change the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. He/she may also have other statutory rights which may vary from state to state and country to country. However, to the extent not prohibited by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, oral, written, statutory, express or implied (including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), all of which are expressly disclaimed.
