We are happy to offer international shipping and returns. All international orders and returns are processed by our partner, Global-E. This creates the best possible shopping experience by providing competitive international shipping costs and country-specific pricing.
Who is responsible for duties and taxes?
All applicable taxes (VAT) and duties (customs tariffs) will be calculated and displayed during checkout. They are based on the purchased product's country of origin and the classification of that product in accordance with a harmonized system used by the destination country.
Tax rates are set by the destination country and will need to be paid at checkout.

What if I need to return?
How to return if you placed an order that shipped internationally.
Start A ReturnInternational orders placed on rag-bone.com cannot be returned in-store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact int-help@rag-bone.com or call +1-844-724-2663 within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return. Alternatively you can click on the link above to initiate your return.
Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return.
Fragrance is also considered Final Sale, therefore not eligible for return.
With the Holiday Season approaching, we are pleased to extend our return policy. Purchases made between November 22nd, 2024 and December 31st, 2024, that are not considered final sale, may be returned for a full refund through January 31st, 2025.
The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. At this time we are not able to refund the cost of duties and taxes.
Why is the product I’m looking for not available?
Certain products may not be available for international ordering. These include sale products, furs, exotic leathers and other products that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into the destination country.
Why can’t I see sale merchandise in my currency?
The pricing and availability of sale products in USD($) is only valid on orders shipping to the U.S.A. International pricing and availability may vary by country selected to ensure it is in line with the local pricing in the market.
